The TED® SAFE New Generation Continuous Rod is perfectly suitable for any cable pulling and cable installation job into ducts, even for interventions in obstructed and clogged ducts. Thank to its evolving end tip, this rod continuous allows :

- Mounting of location probes to identify blocking points
- D’Attachement of various accessories, so to adapt to the nature of the intervention
This versatily is particularly appreciated by field engineers : thanks to the new SAFE Rod Continuous, they can use one single tool for multiple applications. Thus, the TED® SAFE NG Cobra duct rod can be used either as a cable puller or wire puller, or as a detectable duct rod.
The dispenser cage frame allows for an easy use, both in vertical and horizontal positions. This cable pulling duct rodder adapts to all terrain configurations : for difficult and demanding construction sites characterized by unstable or slippery surfaces (roads, soil, gravel, etc.) the SAFE rod continuous is more effective in the horizontal position.

Available on our e-catalogue, this spare part allows for the extension of the lifespan of the TED® SAFE NG Cobra duct rod in just a few seconds, thanks to a simple unscrewing/screwing simple operation. Moreover, repair kits for PVC-sheathed fibreglass rod are also available on Telenco store, as well as 60m, 80m, 100m or 130m refills for continuous rod.
The TED® SAFE NG Continuous rod including cage is an economical solution: this cable rodder can also transform into a detectable duct rod for locating blocking points into conduits. Thus, by using a single duct rodder for multiple applications (obstructed or non-obstructed conduits), professionals reduce their CAPEX and simplify the transport and the management of SKUs (stock keeping unit).

Designed with premium quality, lightweight and elastic fibreglass, the TED® SAFE NG rod continuous including cage presents less constraint on the rod when passing through ducts. This rod continuous offers an excellent balance between flexibility et very good tensile strength.
To ensure the optimal safety for field engineers during the winding and unwinding operations of the fibreglass rod, a quarter-turn external brake has been added to the design of the new SAFE Continuous rod including cage tool.
